Kale Chips

So here is one of the recipes that I was talking about, a super easy healthy snack - Kale Chips. There are tons of different recipes including the super food Kale floating around the internet. And one that caught my eye was this recipe. One day I saw that my mom was growing Kale in her garden and I thought to myself it is the perfect opportunity to try and make Kale chips because it is the perfect substitute for potato chips also it is a great way to include a bit of Kale into your lifestyle. By far this has been the easiest recipe on my blog. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients: 50-75gr. of Kale, 1/2 teaspoons of olive oil, salt and paprika powder(optional)

1. Step: wash and dry the kale thoroughly then rip it into bite size pieces and lay it on to a baking sheet. Make sure there is only one layer of kale on the sheet. After that coat and massage the olive oil to the leaves

2. Step: Bake them for 15 minutes at about 140 degrees

3. Step: The Kale Chips should look a little bit like this. Season it with salt and the paprika powder

And there you have your quick and easy snack! Enjoy!

Tomorrow is just a day away

I know it has been a crazy long time since I last posted something on my blog and to be honest there aren't a lot of excuses- I was just lacking motivation.
So to sum up this whole month- I've been at home for more than 3 weeks now and ever since my semester break started I was busy doing all kinds of things not related to this blog. I was meeting friends ,chilling, eating and barely doing anything productive. But I managed to take a few photos of things I have been doing at home. So one of my goals of coming home was to start eating more healthier things because you can easily fall into the habit of eating bad things as a student, you are lacking of ideas what to cook and also it has to be quick so per ushe you'll gravitate to fast processed food. That was the reason for me to experiment with new recipes and to find healthy and fast dishes I could make.

I have heard a lot of people talking about chia seeds - this is my take on the chia pudding. Very easy to make and just top it off with fruits and nuts and you have a delicious healthy breakfast

I'm planning my next trip - any guesses?

My summer break essentials- a good book and water with mint/lemon ice cubes

I haven't been to the cinema for ages and all of the sudden I've been in two in less than a week- 22 jump street was hilarious, I saw 21 jump street back in China and it kinda brought some memories back. The other one was a french movie called 'Monsieur Claude and his daughters' - I really liked the french scenery but the plot was kinda dull

I'll promise to post a few more things these couples of days
