I love eating Banana bread to me it is the perfect combination of bread and cake. And this is my super easy recipe. I really like how simple it is to make and the moistness is just yum!

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 2 ripe bananas, 50 gr. walnuts, 220 gr. flour, 75 ml milk, 150 gr. of sugar, 125 gr. of butter (should be at room temperature), vanilla extract, 1 tbsp. of baking powder and a bit of salt |

1. Step: Mash the banana with the milk in a big bowl, I like to just slightly mash it up so you have a few big chunks of banana in your bread later for extra moistness |

2. Step: Mix in the salt and baking powder to the flour |

3. Step: Mix in the sugar, butter and vanilla extract |
|
4. Step: Whisk the eggs into the butter sugar mixture |
|
5.Step: Combine the the mashed bananas and the mixture from step. 4 and lastly add in the walnuts |

6. Step: Pour it into a well buttered pan |
|
7. Step: Bake at 180 °C for about 50-60 minutes |

The finished result should look something like that. I tend to let it cool for about 30 min... |
