So here is one of the recipes that I was talking about, a super easy healthy snack - Kale Chips. There are tons of different recipes including the super food Kale floating around the internet. And one that caught my eye was this recipe. One day I saw that my mom was growing Kale in her garden and I thought to myself it is the perfect opportunity to try and make Kale chips because it is the perfect substitute for potato chips also it is a great way to include a bit of Kale into your lifestyle. By far this has been the easiest recipe on my blog. Hope you enjoy!
Ingredients: 50-75gr. of Kale, 1/2 teaspoons of olive oil, salt and paprika powder(optional) |
2. Step: Bake them for 15 minutes at about 140 degrees |
3. Step: The Kale Chips should look a little bit like this. Season it with salt and the paprika powder |
