It is all around the internet and everyone is talking about it. The green smoothie. I'm always one that will try a trend. So this time I jumped on the bandwagon and tried to recreate a green smoothie. I've heard in the beginning that it won't be everyones cup of tea, that is why I tried to search a simple and tasty recipe which I could slowly work my way to my personal preferred taste. So this recipe is more on the save side for the beginners out there, it is a nice healthy drink. It is definitely a great alternative if you are in a rush and still want to get your daily vitamins. This recipe in particular is very tropical and fruity:
The Ingredients: half a pineapple, 100 gr. of fresh spinach, half a mango, one banana, 6-7 cubes of ice + 100 ml of water and 2 tblspn. of coconut oil (this step is optional) |
Step 1: Wash the spinach and chop up all the fruits into bite-size pieces |
Step 2: Put it all into a big bowl and blend everything with a mixer |
Step 3: Pour it into a nice cup. And there you have the final result, very quick and simple. My family and I really enjoyed this green smoothie and I will soon try out some new recipes! Enjoy♡♡ |
